Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the NeuroLongevity Kickstart 30 day Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all participants and govern your use of the services provided through this package.

Description of the NeuroLongevity Kickstart 30 day package.

The NeuroLongevity Kickstart includes a functional laboratory assessment, currently the MVXplus® laboratory test or an equivalent metabolic or functional lab depending on availability, along with a comprehensive review of your health history and 30 day access to me for questions and giudance through a messaging platform. This package is designed to provide personalized educational insight into what may be happening in the body (through the lab test and health history review) as well as give tools needed in order to shift the external and internal environment to be more conducive to self-healing.

Educational and Informational Purpose

All services provided through the NeuroLongevity Kickstart Package are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. The information shared during consultations, written reports, or verbal discussions does not constitute medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Participation in this package does not establish a doctor–patient relationship. You are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, diagnoses, medications, or treatment decisions.

Not a Substitute for Medical Care

The NeuroLongevity Kickstart Package is not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, or emergency services. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, require immediate medical attention, or are facing a medical emergency, you should contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

Laboratory Testing and Results

The laboratory testing included in the NeuroLongevity Kickstart Package is considered a functional wellness assessment and is not a diagnostic medical test. Laboratory results are reviewed and interpreted through a functional and educational lens, with a focus on identifying patterns, trends, and potential root contributors to health challenges. Individual results may vary and can be influenced by genetics, lifestyle, diet, environment, stress levels, and current health status. No specific outcomes, symptom improvements, or health results are guaranteed.

Messaging Terms

Conversations will be held through a third party app, such as ClarityFlow, or something similiar. This app allows for text, voice, and video messaging, as well as uploading documents. As part of this program, participant will have access to 1-1 messaging for 30 days. Messages will be answered on Tuesdays and Fridays, unless otherwise indicated. Messages will be prioritized through use of an emoji system so that I may address more urgent needs first. If I see that there is an urgent matter, I will try to respond within 24 hours. Recommendations discussed during the messaging conversations are based on the information available at the time of review and are intended to support informed decision-making rather than replace professional medical guidance.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of laboratory testing and third-party processing, all sales of the Initial Reveal Package are final. Laboratory tests are non-refundable once ordered, shipped, or activated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

No Guarantees or Promised Outcomes

You understand and acknowledge that no guarantees can be made regarding specific results, symptom improvements, or health outcomes. Health changes depend on many variables, including personal compliance, lifestyle habits, environmental factors, genetics, and individual biochemistry. Any recommendations provided are optional, and participation in suggested next steps is entirely your choice.

Personal Responsibility

By participating in the NeuroLongevity Kickstart Package, you accept full responsibility for your health decisions and any actions you take based on the information provided. You agree to consult with appropriate licensed professionals before making changes to medications, treatments, or medical care. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with your participation.

Confidentiality

Your personal information, health history, and laboratory results are treated as confidential and handled with care. Information will not be shared without your consent except as required by law. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own communication platforms and access to shared materials.

Intellectual Property

All educational materials, frameworks, explanations, and content provided as part of the NeuroLongevity Kickstart Package are the intellectual property of Lisa Ann de Garcia. These materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Ann de Garcia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the NeuroLongevity Kickstart Package. By purchasing this package, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lisa Ann de Garcia from any claims arising from your participation or use of the information provided.

Changes to Services or Terms

Services, laboratories, and components of the Initial Reveal Package may be updated or modified as needed. These Terms and Conditions may also be revised at any time. Continued participation or use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is operated.
