Returns & Cancellation Policy

My goal is to provide every client with exceptional care, education, and results through personalized consultations, programs, lab testing, and digital courses. Each service is designed to support your health journey with precision and integrity. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable, as time and preparation are reserved exclusively for you once booked. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the consultation fee.

2. Programs Including Supplements

Many of my programs include customized supplement protocols designed specifically for your needs. Because these products are ordered and fulfilled individually, refunds cannot be issued once supplements have been ordered or shipped.

If you request to cancel before supplements have been ordered, a partial refund may be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.

If your program includes both coaching and supplements, any refund will apply only to the unfulfilled coaching portion, based on the hourly value of the remaining sessions.

3. Programs Without Supplements

For programs that do not include supplement shipments, cancellations made within 7 days of purchase and before access or services begin may qualify for a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Once program access has been granted, coaching sessions have begun, or materials have been delivered, no refunds will be available.

4. Digital Courses and Products

All digital courses, workshops, and downloadable products are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

Because digital products cannot be returned, please review all program or course details carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues accessing your materials, I will gladly work with you to ensure you receive what you purchased.

5. Labs and Testing Kits

All lab orders and testing kits are non-refundable once placed, as they are custom-processed and registered in your name with my lab partners. Please double-check your shipping details and follow the instructions provided to ensure timely processing and accurate results.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refunds or credits outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion.

7. Agreement

By purchasing a consultation, program, lab service, or digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
